  • The Case Manager in the role of Independent Living Coach assists the participants to meet program and operational objectives, determine services and housing eligibility needs base on Treatment/Life Plan implementation.
  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in human services and 1 years’ experience working with adult population.
  • Organizational skills and ability to develop Treatment/Life Plans that are easily followed, measurable and attainable.
  • .Possess initiative and the ability to work effectively without close daily supervison.

Hourly $17.85 to $18.96 depending on educational level.
