Are you ready to make a difference?

  • Associates’ Degree or higher preferred; or High School and four years business office experience.
  • The Office Assistant II is responsible for overall administrative support to the administrative office and program offices. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize a large number of projects simultaneously. High level of customer service delivery and satisfaction.  Exhibits high-level computer skills including facility with spreadsheets, databases, word processing, internet, VOIP, and email.
  • Proficient computer skills and efficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and a full spectrum of office products.
  • Model and implement Servant Leadership Customer Service model system-wide.
