|The PT Maintenance Worker will monitor and complete all aspects of the cleaning and maintenance required at sites(s) as assigned.
Credentials, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
- A High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to complete basic maintenance and cleaning.
- Organizational and time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Possess valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Must meet insurability standards in order to drive.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
Perform light maintenance and surface floor care per assigned work orders in accordance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards to ensure safe conditions.
Work with front-line staff to ensure that apartments are well maintained in optimal move-in ready condition.
Regularly monitor internal and external environments of property to ensure compliance with related codes, regulations and agency policy.Recommend or make improvements as needed.
Assist with inventory of tools, equipment and supplies for cost control and operational safety.
Normal Working Hours and Conditions:
- 20 hours per week.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Must be capable of using and climbing extension ladder.
Occasional weekend or evening as required.
- Some travel may be required
Rate of Pay:
This is an hourly position with a starting rate of 13.00 per hour.
