Are you ready to make a difference?

• The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and extensive preventative maintenance and oversee repair contracts and procedures on a multi-residential property. 
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance including electrical and plumbing required. Prefer HVAC and/or electrical and plumbing certification.
